Andrew’s illustrious career began at Standard Chartered Bank, where he excelled in commercial and wealth management, laying a robust foundation in corporate banking and financial services. His financial acumen was further enriched at Zurich Insurance (Singapore) followed by Manulife Financial Advisers Pte Ltd, where he successfully led a team of MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) achievers.

Andrew’s commitment to innovation and excellence has been a hallmark of his career. As Director and CFD Automation Specialist at A&W Solution Consultancy Pte Ltd, he pioneered cutting-edge EA trading solutions, in line with rapidly evolving trends, significantly enhancing clients’ investment strategies. His role as Portfolio Manager in ITUS Asset Management highlighted his strategic prowess in driving sales and expanding market reach in the global market. Now, as the leader of Orion Wealth Academy, Andrew’s extensive background in corporate banking, financial literacy, technical analysis, and leadership enables individuals to elevate wealth knowledge, empowering them to become the investor they aspire to be.

Elwin is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in the financial markets. His career features prominent roles, including Associate Director of Sales at Manulife FA and Investment Partner at Philips Capital. With over nine years in forex, he specializes in short-term trading strategies.

As a trading instructor, Elwin has made a significant impact on his students by emphasizing the importance of self-discipline and effective risk management. His mentorship has been crucial in guiding hundreds of students through the complexities of trading. Elwin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from University College Dublin, which complements his in-depth understanding of the financial world.

Eden Koh

Eden is a highly experienced Forex Trader and Coach with over 10 years of expertise in financial markets, specializing in Forex trading, portfolio management, cryptocurrency, and algorithmic trading technologies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Banking and Finance from Murdoch University.

Throughout his career, Eden has held a key role as a Director at a MAS-licensed fund management firm, where he collaborated with cross-functional teams for asset allocation and market analysis. He led a team of traders, executing forex trades, managing risk, and ensuring compliance. Previously, at UOB Bank and Phillips Securities, he managed clients in financial wealth management. Eden also led teams for a private equity firm in Thailand, focusing on portfolio management in Forex, and built and managed a cryptocurrency mining farm. He has trained over 5,000 students across Southeast Asia, sharing his expertise in fundamental and technical analysis. His ongoing passion drives him to refine trading strategies based on global economic trends.

Victor Say is a seasoned trader with over 35 years of experience in treasury and private banking, having held significant positions at major banks such as Bank of America, Citibank and Bankers Trust where he managed treasury operations.

As the Managing Director of HSBC, he oversaw the team responsible for servicing high-net-worth clients. He concluded his professional career as a Senior Currency Analyst at Informa Global Markets. Victor holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Manitoba and is currently an adjunct lecturer at various institutions, including the National University of Singapore and Singapore Management University. With nearly three decades as an influential educator, he has taught extensively on Foreign Exchange, Financial Futures, Options, and Interest Rate Risk Management. In addition to his academic roles, Victor is a full-time trader managing his own fund.

Dr. S Sugumaran (Maran)

AUTOMATED TRADING SPECIALIST

Dr. S Sugumaran (Maran) is a financial expert and trading specialist with over 18 years of experience, including 8 years in automation.

As the CFO at MALS Technology Berhad, he implements international financial strategies, including collaborations with MIT and Harvard, and manages financial planning for Kenaf Plantations, global supply chain biomass, electric vehicles, and waste battery recycling. Previously, as CFO at EDDI Group Berhad, he led digital transformation and blockchain integration. A veteran in trading, he has developed hundreds of Expert Advisors and conducted thousands of backtests. He holds a PhD in Digital Economy from Edmonton University and founded VR1 Digital Academy, offering training in trading automation and AI integration.
